* The main station PC is a intel 3ghz dual core with 2gb ram (in desperate need of upgrading, it doesn't like Vista much. It will get Win7 shortly)
** The server is a Dual Multicore HP Netserver, running windows Server 2008, its main purpose is to keep the internal website and database, as well as serving the Weatherstation.
Out of shot but under the desk somewhere are an Apple Mac running OS8.6 (Yes archaic but it works still so stays put in the shack) A load of deep cycle batteries, power conditioner, ups and more.
Also in the shack but not under the desk, a 2nd HP Netserver which is in the process of being upgraded to use linux and control the node on 4m. The list goes on.
New Wishlist: a PC and Server upgrade! otherwise Nought, nothing zilch

Also in the picture is an Oscilloscope and my main computer, which is a Dual Core Pentium with 2gb of ram, over a TB of storage and a top spec sound interface, just out of the picture ontop of the shelves is a Opcode midi interface with 12 ports. The Keyboard you will note is a Microsoft Natural keyboard, no problems from RSI there. I am running Ham Radio Deluxe to control the TS2000X also out of site at the other side of the Shack is my HP server, running windows 2003 server and webservices as well as MSSQL.not in this picture is my Acer Aspire 6920 which I use for packet, as the screen is wider.
Wishlist: Really the only thing I currently need is a bigger monitor (Replaced in November for a LG 20" widescreen) and a higher spec desktop. I'd also like to upgrade my antenna's I am happy with the TS2000X it does everything well.

Whilst I've tried many different logging programs the only one I Really use is the Sota online database, One of my goals over the festive period is to write an application that takes SOTA spots and allows the user to create a list of Areas and Frequencies that they can access and play an alarm when a new spot appears within those criteria. I would also like to write a online logging application that works, the way I want it to.
